hey all i just bought a hikvision camera setup for my home with 8 cams and i have connected my iPad and phone to them so i can view them remotely. whoever i don't live alone and it seems when i connect another device its doesn't work how can i set it up so i can have more devices logged in any help would be appreciated thanks Hikvision DS-2CD2332-I cameras DS-7608NI-E2/8P, 8CH with 8 PoE ports. dvr

I have tried what you said still nothing keep getting. Connection failed on the device I seem to only get 2 devices to connect if I connect any more ot cancles the previous out.
