Can someone please help me? I got this ELEC system in the mail today and it didn't come the user manual, so I have no clue what I am doing. Plus, the DVR keeps rebooting every five minutes. What can I do to fix it?

I put a new hard drive in it, but it is still doing it..

No.. Is that why? I ordered a hard drive, when i install it will it stop doing that? I didnt know what no hhd meant when i ordered it
