Yes the IP address matches the router settings even the private port.
I believe firewall is configured correctly because I can see the web user interface when I access the dvr using a web browser, meaning the router is pointing me to the right ip address and port and the firewall is not blocking my request. The problem occurs when logging in before the video shows, it keeps on saying login failed.
Yes Iam using the same version of client and server software.
Web Interface and Client Software works perfectly inside the LAN.
