Registered just to give a big thank you to badfishlbc. I spent a good few days googling and asking questions and I was really dreading dealing with Swann tech support 'cause, well, they suck. Thank you! They really, really should include a converter with their software. I honestly don't know why they don't. ( Jerks.)
