I have an odd issue that I've not run into before. Hoping someone else has, and has resolved the issue, or may have suggestions. We installed new cameras for a customer IQEye IQ865N cameras. About once a month a camera will drop. Its not pingable, you cant web to it, the MAC address cant be discovered by the discovery tool, its GONE. However a simple shut, no shut command on the switch port, with bring the camera back online. (POE) The next time, a month or two down the road, same exact issue, but different camera, different switch. The MAC address is nowhere to be found in the mac address table on the switch. Seems like the cameras just, once in a while stop updating their info, to pop the table. I've installed the latest firmware on the camera, no difference.
Any ideas?
