    switching adapter

    andylad303 posted a topic in Security Cameras

    I am having a problem viewing my cameras on my swann NVR8 7082 all the screens say "video Loss". My power switching adapter into my NVR is 48v output, I believe this is what powers my cameras, when I put a multimeter across the output pins on my adapter it reads only 20v then slowly drops to less than 2v. Is this normal or does it mean I have a faulty adapter? thanks for any help.
