A few days ago my wife was involved in a car accident, and there was a security camera nearby that recorded it. We were able to obtain the video from the DVR (which was a Posonic 5416). After a few unsuccessful attempts to watch the video, we determined that the file was in HighEasy MP4 format (which doesn't look much like an MP4) and found a Chinese player for Windows capable to playing it using HIE_MP4Play.dll.
I also found references to a tool capable of converting HighEasy MP4 files to standard AVI files (presumably with a standard codec), but no downloads of this tool were available.
Do you have any information about a HighEasy MP4 converter tool that I could use to be able to watch the video with a standard player instead of using the proprietary player?
