I have gv800 and everytime I access from outside my network I get a login but it tells me the server is closed. I have all the right ports forwarded in my router. Or I wouldn't get Webcam access menu. Anyone have any idea's. It all works fine from within the network. Thanks in advanced

Hi, Everyone I'm having problems with my gv800 after a few days it will shutdown and display a blue screen saying that I have a problem with one or more of my drivers. This pc only has the gv software on it nothing else 6.05. My second problem is that everytime I go into veiw log the screen pops up where the log is for the cameras that have been triped, but it is just blank. I can play back video all right but when I exit it it tells me windows has encountered problem and needs to shut down this program. Thanks in advanced

Hello, Thanks to all for the advise, I replaced the motherboard to the one you recommended and I also disabled each camera before hooking them up and all is working perfect. What a releif! Thanks again!!!

Hi, All I just built a dvr pc using a gv800 card. My set up is as follows, Mb Ecs pt800ce-a, Intel p4 3.0 800fsb, Wd 200gig ide, VC Ati 7000 64mb, ddr512 ram, benQ 52xcd, Os windows sp1 xp pro. Everything went well the drivers installed all of them the software all installed without a problem. When I went to hook up the camera's 9 of them it started to pick them up and freezes up the pc it does it ever time . I have tryed it with just one then would add another the most I could get is three runing at one time. I'm running the 6.1 software from geo. Any help would be great I'm running out of ideas. And yes I installed direct X the newest version. Thanks in advanced.

Hi, I'm running anykeeper 2016 and for the life of me I can't get the remote software to work.I have a linksye router and have two pcs running on it. One is windows xp pro that is for my work and the other is win2000 which is deicated to my dvr. I have assigned both computers there own lan ip address. And I have no-ip to update my always changing dynamic ip address. I Also have tried all different types of port forwarding setting. The truth is I don't even know which port the anykeeper card is using. It has two different places to put an ip address in it and what port. Please any help would be great. Thank You in advanced
