I am able to view from the hikvision cloud service from Bangladesh via the ivms-4500 apps in my ipad and ipod in bangladesh (the dvr is located in Bangladesh) but my family members based in London cannot view it. Whenever they enter the ivms-4500 apps from london, it shows zero cameras when eight cameras are running.
My brother has sent me the screenshot of the problem that they are facing in London which i have attached in this post.
I would be grateful if somebody from this forum can help me out in this regard.
