Need Help For H.264 DVR Reset Password

Hi everyone, Pl help me getting my DVR H.264 rest. Its Password for both Admin & Guest got locked. Panel has no Reset Button type thing. Only Menu with up/down/left/right buttons and Esc Button on middle. Need to travel and desperately need to view my cafe activities on the go... please help Thanks Master sAm
