Hi all.x-core product DVR and CMS sotfware problem We use 20nos DVR XVR264-1631F. Basically 1 PC connect 4 DVR with 64 cameras Use 6 PC connect 20 nos DVR total 295 camera. Anolog 286 and IP Camera 9. Using Cat6 cable from DVR connect to Switcher Set 1 1)GSW3208M1=8 ports 10/100/1000Base-TX + 2 ports GbE SFP slot Gigabit L2 Managed ((Connect 8 DVR)) 2)SFP-7000-S85-DD=1.25G Gigabit Ethernet SFP Transciever ((Connect 2 PC)) Set 2 1)GSW3424M1= cost-effect, high performance, managed L2 Ethernet with 20 x 10/100/1000Base-T ports and 4 x Gigabit Ethernet combo (10/100/1000Base-T or 1000Base-X) ports ((Connect 12 DVR)) 2)SFP-7000-S85-DD=1.25G Gigabit Ethernet SFP Transciever ((Connect 4 PC)) 2 Place to install all this. Basement 1 for All 6 pc to view all the camera.(Live view, PlayBack and Backup) Basement 2 for all 20 nos DVR . Basement 1 To Basement 2 is using Fibre optic cable to connect. Problem Sometimes PC software CMS show error message example : DVR 8 Network disconnect. we try connect back cannot , need to restart the DVR . We check on DVR side , DVR is working normal.But the connection still Problem. after Restart DVR try connect in the PC CMS software is working. ask supplier , always say pc problem , switcher problem. all the PC network speed set to 1G But the DVR to Switcher just 100M only. The PC spec can support IP Camera system The Switcher is L2 Switch.(also can support IP camera System). i Suspect is they DVR problem . what can i do to solve the DVR Connect Problem. Without Change all the DVR!
