Ether9808 DVR very slow with radeon 9250 graphics card -Help

Russ - I have just purchased one of these, but the disk seems to have no drivers and the installation file runs with chinese directions,. Document and help files are all garbage with a few english characters thron in. Any idea where to find the missing files??? Stephen Love (Australia)
