Well, the only thing i can find is to restore to standard values, not really a factory reset. And if i want to do a firmware update, from were would the nvr reading the new software. If there is a way to do this , than i would like to know how. I already found firmware, but not the how to in a very clear way. so, i am still open for suggestions

I have purchased a second hand mini nvr, and now it is not recognizing any hdd at all. The previous owner had no problem at all. I tried several wd,seagate,thosiba and maxtor hdd,s mini nvr 6200 8e serialno: 015301233d7e727e9e20 master version: V4.0[20140417] hardware version V4.0 Can someone give me a clue please.
