How to focus board cams from Geovision system?

Evening all. I have a habit of switching lenses on bullet cams onsite. Whats an effective (and cost effective) method of re- focusing board cams onsite? Nice big CRT/CCTV monitor? Some marvelous spectrascope thingy? -
Major reason for this is that the cameras are webcasting with different codecs. Follow instructions below to fix this: Go to : Configure - System Configure - Camera 1 In the Monitor control section, click the second from last icon. Choose a codec, then hit the little finger icon to apply that codec to all cameras.
