Hi all, I'm new to this site and to CCTVs and really need help badly. I am currently facing an issue where I can't have night mode on my CCTV. I can still view an image, but it is not very bright. The brand and model is a Panasonic WV-CS580 CCTV. According the the manual that I read, it has night mode and it says that you can activate it, but I do not know how. The manual says that I need to go into a setup page but it seems that my PTZ controller is unable to do so. I am using a 3rd party PTZ controller and I'm not sure is that the reason why I am unable to do so. Everything is working fine in day mode btw. Hope you guys can help.
