NEED HELP : FPS UNSTABLE with LUXRIOT VMS

I use Luxriot VMS Enterprise and IP Camera from TrendNet. My problem is fps setting in Luxriot VMS Enterprise unstable in range between 5 fps - 70 fps. I need help urgently.
