I recently ordered the DS-2CD2032-I but what arrived was the DS-2CD2032F-I. Seller state it is the newer upgrade, I tested and i am pretty amazed with the night vision. One thing that annoys me is the long tune that is on the wiring... This would require use to drill a hole (if wall mounted) the size of the tube. Does anyone know what that is or have hacked it open..?

I've been searching around for trusted vendors for purchasing HikVision NVR/IPCs. There are not much reviews on this vendor. However, their listings show "multi-language" with also pictures with firmware/language displays. Has anyone purchased from them and had no issues with the products arriving with different languages? I am located in the US and want to know before I put in a large order for 2 NVRs + several IPCs.
