I've been searching around for trusted vendors for purchasing HikVision NVR/IPCs. There are not much reviews on this vendor. However, their listings show "multi-language" with also pictures with firmware/language displays. Has anyone purchased from them and had no issues with the products arriving with different languages? I am located in the US and want to know before I put in a large order for 2 NVRs + several IPCs. I recently ordered the DS-2CD2032-I but what arrived was the DS-2CD2032F-I. Seller state it is the newer upgrade, I tested and i am pretty amazed with the night vision. One thing that annoys me is the long tune that is on the wiring... This would require use to drill a hole (if wall mounted) the size of the tube. Does anyone know what that is or have hacked it open..?
