Hi, generally speaking cameras will automatically switch to black and white when there’s not enough lights. In day time, the images shown are in color. If your cameras does not show in color or show in a not normal way during day time, check if you have set up the camera in your DVR to PAL system.

Wonderlands replied to rashad's topic in Introductions
You need to make sure that the Gateway and DNS are exactly the same for your DVR and computer. ---port forwarding, set up the IP Address, Gateway, and Primary DNS on your DVR ---download an app and for remote view ---Input the serial number of your DVR to enter the control panel of app The work is done. CCTV with native browser viewing
Wonderlands replied to paulcull's topic in General Analog CCTV Discussion
Well, there're some cctv camera security systems costing not that much but with quite a good quality. So I suggest you to buy a new system with a decent price. According to your requirements--8ch, h264, remote view from phone & web browser, I think it's a good option for you: Floureon 8ch 960h cctv dvr + 4 bullet night vision camera 1000TVL waterproof IR-Cut security cameras kit It supports 8 channel simultaneous live viewing via your phone (iPhones and android phones) or your pc. The dvr is H.264 compression and supports hdd recording. Hope it gives your some fresh idea. -
Actually, I have little knowledge of those two kinds. Mine is a floureon cctv camera system, which works smoothly so far. IMO there are two major things to consider when choosing a cctv camera system, one is the quality of the cameras and the other is the software and what features it offers. I’m glad to see that my cameras, although not full 1080p HD are very decent for the price and have impressive night vision capability, better in fact than some far more expensive cameras I had. The dvr software is far better than I expected, which supports viewing and recording from internet browser and cmos.

Can't view Floureon Security Camera DVR system remotely..
Wonderlands replied to jsncrs's topic in Computers/Networking
Hi, have you tried vieweasyv2? This app works well on my dvr. -
It seems that they support remote view via ViewEasyV2 in your iPhones or android phones. To make it work. First, you have to set up the IP Address, Gateway, and Primary DNS on your DVR to make sure its network compatibility. Then, Just scan the bar code and download the phone app and type in your DVR account information. Input the serial number of your DVR, now all set for remote access. Also noted that it’s essential to set up the Gateway and DNS exactly the same for your DVR and computer. Otherwise, your mobile devices cannot proceed to extranet remote access. FLOUREON H.264 Network DVR not accessible over network
Wonderlands replied to neilrcooper's topic in Digital Video Recorders
Neil did you manage to solve the problem with fpoureon cctv ive got exactly the same problem trying to connect to both my pc and android its so frustrating. chad Oh god. I have met the same problem but I tackled it successfully after noticing some steps. I figure that it's quite easy if we pay attention to some details. My first DIY failed because my PC and the DVR were not using the same router and thus the subnet mark, gateway and dns of my dvr didn't match with the PC. Then after googling I realized the mistake and reset all of them, but guess what, still didn't work. No alternatives so I read the manual again and wanna find more info. And I found that it says it only supports IE 32 bit and I was using 64 bit firefox. AND finally got it worked after changing my browser. As for viewing from the vMEye iPhone APP, it's much easier than setup of PC viewing. Just scan the bar code and you should see a pop-up window which is a log in box. My DVR got a admin account and it should be no password. (Do not know whether your dvr is the same kind, but you can have a try). Last step, just click the enter button. Done. Hope it helps, man. -
Floureon 960H DVR motion recording
Wonderlands replied to DannyG81's topic in Digital Video Recorders
You know that the motion detect 'mask' is an inclusive mask - i.e. movement inside the green box results in a detection and the movement outside it is ignored. Set the mask to the area you want to monitor - set the buzzer to 'on' and set the alarm duration for as long as it will take you to get back from the monitored area to the DVR. Then check the tick box for a snapshot when motion is detected, then test walk the area. You should hear the buzzer sounding if there has been an activation, if not turn up the sensitivity and try again. Hope it helps. -
Setting up network for Floureon CCTV system
Wonderlands replied to The_Blue_Dragon's topic in Installation Help and Accessories
Just done a dvr connecting work and perhaps got a say in that For PC Viewing: Firstly connect the DVR to the router using the Ethernet cable. To make it works, you need to make sure the PC and the DVR are using the same router ie, the ip address of dvr and your pc are located on the same LAN segment and the subnet mark, gateway and dns of your dvr are the same as the pc. Then install the CMS on your pc, with the software you can view it from pc. Plus, only support the 32bit IE. For Phone Viewing: It seems that the dvr supports QR Bar Code. I find this vid in YouTube. Seems quite easy to make it, hope it can helps. How to set your phone for remote view with Floureon DVR Kit: -
