I need your help.... Do you know if there are any cases where UK courts have ruled on the use of dummy cameras?
I'll elaborate a bit.... I seem to recall a case (not sure whether it was criminal or civil) where a member of the public was attacked. A dummy camera had been installed in the area and the member of the public either sued because no one came to her aid, or the judge commented on the use. Not a lot of info to go on I know, but thats all I've got.
Need to know of any cases as soon as poss!
