    Have you tried checking if your system is already full? I have experienced before that I need to view the footage for the whole 1st week of February, but every time I am trying to look for it only says cannot look for the said file. Maybe you should try to refresh or check out the system. Maybe it can't record and save heavy files. http://goo.gl/1DXeDC
