We have this PC-DVR that hangs at "Initialize network server" stage upon reboot.
It used to pass this stage real fast when it was working normally. It's not and never been connected to a network server, so I'm at a loss how to start troubleshooting this problem. Somebody please help me..
There was a power outage, so I thought it could be some damaged config files and looked at what I thought network-related ones and couldn't find anything that might be possibly related to this issue..
I believe the software is from Uriel Systems, not 100% sure..
