  1. ...and are both (tcp and udp) necessary to view cameras? Thanks Thanks Thanks
  2. Hello everybody. First of all sorry for my english as I'm not english. I'm looking for help about my dvr. My service provider changed me my ip address, from that day I only can access to the web interface, but once entered I cannot see the cameras. What should be happened? Is it true that some times service providers block 80 port? Really thanks in advance. Tom
  3. ...and just to understand I login via web app with my dvr but when I click on a cam I can see nothing. Port forwading stands for seeing cameras and not for login? right? if I can login doesn't mean that ports are set up correctly?
  4. Thank you for the suggest, as usual we newbie don't think to use the search button I checked some post about post forwading but I haven't found a solution. Anyway thanks to what I read I tested ports using on line services and http 80 works, tcp 37777 works, but even if in my router port udp 37778 is open it results closed. Could this apparently closed port gives me problems? My ISP just changed my ip, and from that day I started to get the problem Could this be involved in my problem? Or it is just a coincidence? thanks. tom
