Not a pirated card, just cascadia's mail support box is full, and the system is out of warranty.
I was asked to help out a friend who had a Cascadia based DVR system who's hard disc failed. It was running the v 4.025 PI software (2/18/02) and neither the "site software" disc, not the other disc had the driver onboard.

A fresh copy of win98se is installed, as well as directx 8.0.
Kodicom KMC-8016D/440R/8800 [6/4/2004] drivers from your site are loaded
A single HD has been partitioned, 68gigs are dedicated for video
recording, it is formated and the Kbd directory exists with the
apropperate .bix/box files.
Video driver set to 800x600 24bit color.
As there is no crash recovery documentation, I seek support on this issue.

Clearly i'm missing a step, but I'm not sure what it is. Perhaps some propriority system for backup as it seems to want to access the floppy drive before going to the monitoring software screen, but would welcome any advice on this issue.
Thanks in advance.
