ive just taken over the lease of a cafe which has cctv installed. the previous owner left no software for the unit but i managed to get it from there website. but when i try to log in to the unit it says connection error.
the unit is avtech h264 and ive connected to laptop via ethernet to set up to new modem. if i search in video viewer if finds the unit no problem. im wondering if i need more software besides video veiwer but on there web it says i need video veiwer only
according to manual username is admin
pass is admin
now i dont know if previous owner has changed them and i cant get in touch with him as hes moved abroad
any help or advice appreciated
