Pulpdiction

Hi, I've been trying to activate this camera and can;t seem to get it to work, I have another Hikivsion camera which activated first time through iVMS-4200 (v2.3.1.3) but this camera will not activate. Also tried the latest version of SADP today and that doesn't work either. They both just give a failed message - SADP just says 'Activation Failed'. I cannot log into the camera via web browser as I get a network timed out message. Also tried to ping 192.168.1.64 and that times out as well. Any ideas? It says it is running s/w v 5.3.0 build. Appreciate any advice in layman terms as this is my self build system at home. Thanks

Anyone? Also tried to get it to work by scanning QR code into ivms-4500 app on iphone and just get invalid QR code message.
