Yes tested ports all show as open. Assuming I am opening all the right ports

I've tried that. I am wondering if its a setup issue. I have tried locally and put the IP in and the port which I have specified as 81. The mobile port 34599 is open on the firewall but I get a failure on even reaching the server. Am I perhaps missing something more basic. Connection remotely via IE works fine.

Just found it Model EV4MDR250 Pentaplex H.264 Made for Sun Security Systems

Its a generic machine no model number Just says e-VISION H.264 Network and Digital Video recorder. Hope that helps.

Not sure if anyone can help I bought a generic H 264 DVR about a year ago. Its branded e-vision and only works on IE it downloads an Active-X cab file and does an okay job. When loaded it is called NetSurveillance Web I have now realised I need to access via an iphone but cannot find any software that works. Anyone advise or help?? Thanks

I am trying to view jpegs via a webbrowser and get Error - access denied - invalid password - any ideas?? I have turned snapshot on for guest user - am I missing something? Thanks
