[*]Hi all, Being fairly new to cctv systems i bought myself the following system for my house... https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B017DCMB22/ref=ya_aw_od_pi?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Now although i had a camera fail and annke sent me a new one out with no fuss what so ever i seem to find they struggle to answer simple questions about the system as they seem to play dumb or maybe they are? The system itself is brilliant quality picture for the price clear in the day and actually brilliantly clear at night however i cannot see clear when zooming in (i did expect this when the system is fairly cheap) .. so i asked them wether their was a ptz camera in which i can add to the system which the system supports... this is where i become stuck they dont seem to be able to answer me. Basically can this system support any ptz cameras... if so which? if not... is there a similar system with the same quality or better of picture day and night... that will support a ptz dome camera or comes with one. Theres not a big issue with cost but i dont want to spend loads if its not possible. ive seen on amazon / ebay lots of domes ptz with good night vision 1080p around 150 to 250 mark but dont want to pay out if this wont work? Your help would be much appreciated Thank you!

Hi all, Fairly new to the cctv side of things I've come across the following 2x systems and would like to know which one is better or wether anyone can recommend a system around the same price that is better still.
