  1. Hello friends! so i have an issue with one of my video feeds. My number 9 camera was showing a black image. FYI they are all analog cameras. I switched the bnc for the cable and checked all connections. After swaping the bnc the image is back to normal for 5 min. Then black again. I switched the nubmer 9 camera to number 12 and the image was stable for about 30 min then went black again. Im assuming this issue is either with the RG59 cable or the camera itself? Before i make the trip all the way out there to fix the issue i would love some consensus and input Thank you all!
  2. The issue was resolved after power cycling all devices. firewall, router, switch, dvr EVERYTHING!!!! POWER CYCLE EVERYTHING! is the the answer for all! YES!
  3. So first off i appreciate any input, because this will be the death of me I work for a retail company in the US. We currently have 5 standalone DVRs setup with separate static IPs provided by different ISPs. -Each location either has a dedicated T1 1.5mbps or higher. While trying to remotely access these DVRs from our HQ. (Our HQ has a dedicated 100mbps fiber) -3 of the locations work perfectly fine. Running 1080p streaming -2 of the locations have very intermittent connection or almost close to no connection at times. -The configuration settings are all the same -This may not be relevant, but the 2 non functional locations are running on VZW FIOS -The 3 function locations are AT&T or Telepacific Now here's the kicker. These locations all work perfectly fine when accessed remotely from my house or elsewhere, which obviously leads me to conclude that there is something blocking the traffic within on HQ network. We do currently have a Firewall/gateway/router in place, but even with all access rules open and all required ports open, we are still having the same consistent issue. ... help
