Ive fitted a new one but still the issue is there, ive been in contact with the manufacture and after several reply's they have now come back with a hardware issue somewhere in the system thats preventing the writer from working, So thats why im looking at a external usb one

Hi, Does anyone know if a external dvd writer will work on a dvr? The system has a issue with the internal drive and the tech people who make it said its a hardware issue so now i need to know if a external one via usb will work? Anyone know if it will work or recommend one

Hi All, Needing some help with a issue i have with a 16ch ADATA CCTV i have, When i go to burn some footage i do everything as normal but after i click 'start' To burn the footage and about 30secs later a box with pops up saying 'A Error Has Occurred' I tryied different disc's and even different times and dates of different footage have also installed a brand new DVD Writer to see if that would cure it but still the same issue, Anyone got any ideas?

Hi All, Right this seems a the right place for a bit of advice on a lost code for a cctv, Im a Spark and have been doing some work on a pub that my friend has just got and doing up, Now there is a cctv system in already but we've no way of finding out the pin to access the menu's ect, There is no name of a manufacture on the system and ive tried taking the cmos battery out for a couple of days but still after i placed it back in the same user names ect are on the menu and i cannot access anything, Anyone got any ideas on how to sort this out?
