I have a brand new out of the box SRN873S. It is configured at factory plug & play settings. Using the on screen remote, under Menu>Network>DDNS it will not allow me to enter and DDNS data in the fields. I also tried entering data in those fields via networked computer with no luck. I have restored factory settings and have the lastest software/firmware version. Why is the DDNS field grayed out and I am unable to choose SamsungIPolis and enter in the Product name? Matt
