Hi all i wonder if anyone could help me please. we have 3 camera servers all none branded and just list as H.264 On 2 of them we have no problems and set up live on web etc The 3rd has the same settings as the first 2 however no matter what we try we can not get it to save the Default gateway settings. we just get the following error Ethernet setup Failed to save configuration parameters! I have tried using DHCP and it doesn't populate anything in the box and using static it just wont save even though i have used the same setting from the other 2 that do work. Any ideas? I have reset the device and that made no difference. Many thanks
