can i connect a hikvision ptz to my 1080p swann nvr ? I have been told that i need to change the protocal? but since calling swann they have told me that my model of NVR - SWNVR-87285H will not allow any other Ptz's to be connected and advised me to purchase a swann NHD -841 1080P which is almost $2000!!! please help.
