    Installed wrong firmware

    Hi guys, we have dis DVR WH1601h firmware 6.4.1 and when upgrading via d network we mistakenly used the upgrade version for 8 channels. This is preventing the firmware from loading correctly. How can we reset hardware to factory default so we can upgrade firmware 7.2.0. I will appreciate good feedback
