hey matt, you will have to update the firmware on your cams as well seen this b4 and we had to firmware update the nvr and cams you can do them one at a time or all at once, i would do them one at a time though to make sure you got them all.

get online and order the completely wireless ARLO camera system great ir for night view and range of up to 150 feet, by range i mean camera from base station, you can buy up to 5 cameras though but for $599 they are worth every penny but you do need high speed internet only down fall...
