    I factory reset the camera and all is well. I had been resetting it to default values but keeping ip/security parameters, though a factory reset made the difference. thanks for the tip!

    I have 2 new hikvision speed dome DS-2DE7184-AE with v5.3.8 firmware. default config on all settings. See attached image for example of IR working on left camera and not working on right camera. One camera the IR is operating as expected, the other there is no illumination on the image at night even though the camera is in night mode (black and white) and all the IR LEDs are lit and glowing red. Tried various IR commands via SSH console though am not that familiar with them. I see debug commands in the SSH console but not sure what to look for. Using POE injector it came with from hikvision which is outputting 60w. Also tried a POE switch that is capable of doing 30w per port. Its a new 175ft Cat6 UTP 23AWG pure copper run I did myself. Any thoughts?
