I have an COP security 15-VT08-CDRW DVR which has got no display. I'm trying to either perform a factory reset to set the IP address the the default so I can connect via the remote viewing software to check it over. I do not know what the ip address was. I have also tried removing the button battery hoping it would reset itself with no luck. The DVR does record when the record button is press (you can hear the hardrive writing)
Can any one help? If the output circuit has failed can I connect a VGA monitor to the PCB that has a 20 pin header socket? Can anyone help. The manufacturers are hopeless.
