Hi everyone, just joined from Sydney, Australia. Hoping you can help. I just bough my first CCT camera, a HikVision DS-2CD2132F-I and am having some issues setting it up. Using the iVMS-4500 iPhone app I can't seem to register the camera on EZVIZ. It tells me that the device doesn't exist. Well, it does, its in front of me. I can use the app to view the camera, but only whilst I'm on my wifi network. Any ideas? Thanks DG
