You can do a 4-Channel DVR from Channel Vision--it's POE and its a hybrid DVR, so if you ever wanted to incorporate some IP cameras into your system, you could pretty easily. It's compatible with Panasonic cameras and has an app that you can view your cameras anywhere. If you want you can set it up so that motion events will alert you through your email or through the app. Hope this helps!

Channel Vision is also an alternative you could go with...NVRs, DVRs and IP cameras all with built-in POE switchS. It's affordable and is also on amazon. It's got its own app that you can view your cameras on and you can set up the motion detection alerts if you'd like to be sent to your email. The cameras are 1080p. Good Luck!

I helped my brother install a Channel Vision surveillance system on our parents house with similar requirements (poe, ip, motion detection). We also have it set up to send screenshots of the recordings when motion is detected to their emails. Quality cameras and the customer service has been great--they have 24/7 tech support so the time difference won't be an issue. Instruction manuals were straightforward and easy to read and they were always available to answer any questions we had...worth taking a look!
