Hello im kieran from the UK, Looking for some help if anyone can help at all.
I have a 8 channel network DVR H.264 Running on V2.62.R07 Software, Ive reset the DVR to enable me to reset the passwords after a colleague left without giving us the passwords, anyway to cut a long story short i cannot connect remotely to the camera's via a phone app. Ive tried connecting online and get the login username and password screen but when i log in the whole box resets?
The boss is insisting its a software issue or "setup" issue as apparently it was fine before i reset it.
Just looking for a little guidance really, im technically minded and used to work in IT, Forwarded all the right ports etc i believe the problem lies with the box, ive tried swapping out the HDD But that seems to have had no effect and its still resetting itself every time somethings connected to it.
Anyone shed any light on the situation?
