Has anyone flashed their Lorex LNR300 series NVR (specifically LNR360) with Hikvision firmware? I saw few references to LNR200 series, but none to 300 series. So far I have not been able to do it and would appreciate any guidance. Here is what I have tried: 1. Direct update via web or desktop UI (Lorex expects a .mav file, but hikvision has .dav, renaming doesn't help either) 2. Using TFTP program - which does initialize, but doesn't seem to be able to connect with the NVR The biggest problem I am trying to resolve is that with Lorex the JPG image output is low resolution and has horizontal bars above/ below. Ideally I''d like to get a picture with main video stream resolution. Thanks again.
