I have a Brand New Dahua DH-HCVR5416-L
Currently all channels have older 500-700 line color cameras, many use a baulin to extend the COAX with Cat5 UTP cable, Cameras 1,2,3,4,5,6,8,12,13,16 are set to Motion, and the remaining 7,,9,10,11,14,15 are set to continous.
when playing back recorded video at normal speed the video (16 cameras) time stalls and screen blanks out about every 16 seconds.
When palying back recorded video at normal speed the video (4 Cameras) time stalls and screen blanks out about every 15 seconds.
When palying back recorded video at normal speed the video (9 Cameras) time stalls and screen blanks out about every 14 seconds.
When playing back recorded video (16 Cameras) at 1x speed time stalls and screen blanks out at 16,25,34,40,51,and 57 seconds, and continues the whole time you are viewing.
When playing back recorded video (16 Cameras) at 2x speed time stalls and screen blanks out at 16,18,24, and 31 seconds, and continues the whole time you are viewing.
When playing back recorded video (16 Cameras) at 3x speed time stalls and screen blanks out at 2,7,10,16 and 21 seconds, and continues the whole time you are viewing.
When playing back recorded video (16 Cameras) at 4x speed time stalls and screen blanks out at 3,3,4,8,10, and 15 seconds, and continues the whole time you are viewing.
I am using the HDMI output going to the monitor. I have the cameras encode settings at: regular, H.264H,960H,10 Frames, CBR, 1S frame Interval, 1024 Bit rate. and audio is off.
Under Storage, Record, Main Stream-I have all channels recording according to schedule.
Substream and snapshot is off.
Hard Drive is: WD Purple 2TB, SATA_6.0GB/s 64MB
