Hi everyone, we bought a new 16channel Ahd dvr . When we connected it monitor and neccesity settings done it gives error when we start device again. our tech staff changed its flash to make sure does it about software but it wasnt. there is no viewing from video out ,VGA, HDMI . the problem could be hardware what can I do . how a way can ı follow
