After a lot of fiddling about, I have worked out how to get this going using port forwarding and all is looking good. I consider this issue closed

Hi - I'm new to the forum and have an issue of getting the PC software running after a PC rebuild. The Software was originally installed as New with Recorder and 2 cameras earlier this year but the company have now gone bust so I am struggling a little with getting visibility of the cameras on my PC again. I down loaded the software iVMS-4200 and installed it ok (I think) but I cannot see anything from the cameras at all. I know the original setup had some port forwarding setup on my router and this is still active. I added the IP address to the Device management configuration along with password etc and it shows up ok as far as I can see, but when I go to the main view (4-Screen) there are no images from the cameras. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong please? I should add that on my iPhone and iPad, I can still see the cameras ok - its only on the PC setup that I am having issues. Thanks in advance for any assistance. John
