Hello ! I have a problem with a Floureon cctv and I sent a e-mail to support@floureon.com but nobody has answered.... I bought this Floureon kit: http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-4CH-AHD-720P-HDMI-DVR-1500TVL-1-3MP-IR-Camera-CCTV-Home-Security-System-Kit-/151725275219 I set up the hard disk (WD blue 1Tb 7.200 r.p.m) with two partitions, one to save video (read/write) and the other to save snapshots. I have also set up alarms, e-mail and ftp. All of this works ok. The problem is that the snapshot options don't exist in the menu. I have searched in the whole menu but I can't find this options. The alarm message that I receive in my e-mail doesn't have any snapshot, only record channel and Tour. According to user manual I have sub-menus: (Main Menu--Record--Snapshot Storage ) (Main Menu--advanced--snapshot) but in my case they don't exist and no snapshot checkbox appear in motion detect. ¿Could you hep me?
