Hi -
I have doing a lot of research and narrowing down what I want. I could use some guidance though.
I am in a brand new home wired for ethernet, but they didn't wire outside for cameras. Given this I want to do wifi cameras and to eliminate multiple holes in my new walls (i can get easier access to power).
So I am thinking 1 Hikvision 3MP 1080p wifi camera w audio for front door and remaining ones without audio.
I am still looking for a supporting NVR.
Questions:
- I know wired is preferred, but with these newer / high quality cameras will wifi be OK? I will try and wire a couple where I can.
- What is a good NVR to use w HIKVision cameras. I would like HDMI out and support full 1080
- What software do you recommend for iOS w this?
- Lastly are there other systems you all would recommend to accomplish my goals (wifi, full 1080p, and connected to an NVR that i manage?)
