Puff

Somehow I've made a horlicks of my account details (I think). Anyway, going to www.hik-online.com to access my account, I've "forgotten" my password. When I try the password recovery tool, it says that my user doesn't have a valid email associated with it - it should do but I might have forgotten to add one I suppose. Now there is no way to reset the password, so it says I should contact the Administrator How on earth do I do that? I can't find any contact details anywhere?! I did previously send an email to a support email address I found for somewhere in the UK but never got a reply. NVR is working fine and the DDNS is also fine. I just want to add another NVR for another location (plus my email address...) TIA!
