    Hi, We have installed an internal hard drive, but the DVR isn't recognizing it to format it...any ideas? The guy at Fry's told me that it could use either a "desktop" or "surveillance" internal hard drive...we went with the desktop one, maybe that's the problem?? Any help/ideas would be appreciated.
