hi, leaving the password blank gives me an incorrect password, was hoping someone knew how to factory reset or reset the password

I'm trying to replace my 8 ch kkmoon dvr that has died with a jennov v7608D h.264, but it won't let me enter password to program it. I get invalid password. does anyone have any experience with this box? maybe like how to clear password? thanks

if it is a resolution problem, would the kkmoon splash screen display on both monitors?

I recently purchased a kkmoon model 1108e dvr that my monitor from my old system displayed the splash screen then" cannot display this mode." it is supposed to be a ntsc system.I also tried it on the hdmi and vga output to my tv and got a similar message. I found a automotive back up camera monitor that automatically switches from pal to ntsc and it works although tiny. I checked the menu and it's set at ntsc Any ideas on why it won't display?The monitor works fine on my old dvr.
