Hey Guys, Been sifting through the forum for a few weeks but I have some questions regarding relatively low end IP camera systems.
I want to have the ability to record up to 8 cameras, but i'd like to start out with just one or two cameras and a NVR so I can keep the cost down and learn how to set them up.
I was looking at using hikvision DS-2CD2032F-I but i'm not sure what NVR I should get. I would Ideally like it to record 24/7 for about 2 days and then automatically delete and re-record over that data. That way if something were to happen I could save the data, but if not I wouldn't have to do anything.
If I were to start with this Hikvision DS-2CD2032F-I (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00YJ2QICO/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=99JX37A6SY6E&coliid=IS4A4ZLPTRVMM) at $100
What NVR should I get? I've seen some NVRs that have PoE capabilities, is that a good idea or should I have a separate PoE switch? I'd love to keep it under $100 if possible
would it be worthwhile to take the plunge and get something like this kit from Sams? (http://www.samsclub.com/sams/8ch-1080p-nvr-8x4/prod16050413.ip?navAction=push)
Thanks for any help for this newbie!
